Opal Wasserwelten is a wear-resistant yarn made from 75% virgin wool (superwash) and 25% polyamide in 8 natural colorways. Ideally suited for knitting cozy warm socks with unique color patterns, but of course also for sweaters, cardigans, hats, gloves, scarves or cuddly toys. The tropical vegetation along the seacoast and the beautiful underwater world of the coral reef are the inspiration for the color palette of this beautiful yarn collection. The yarn is twisted from four strands and is therefore very durable. Thanks to the superwash treatment, the wool is easy to care for and is machine washable up to 40ᵒC. From one ball of yarn you can knit one pair of socks (up to size 44). The yarn is suitable for needle sizes 2.00-2.50mm and is available in 8 colors. One ball of Opal Wasserwelten 4-ply yarn weighs 100 grams and holds 425 meters of yarn.
